Once again Richardson Glass tackled the impossible! I’ve been a customer for many years and have always had a variety of unusual projects and special requests. They have the very best in customer service and support of any company I’ve ever used. The entire staff from scheduling, assisting with creative design to install and follow up exceeds my expectations every time! Thanks for the commitment to excellence!

We had Richardson Glass add frames around our builder grade bathroom mirrors. They did a great job! This family owned business is great to work with. The process was fast, friendly and reasonable. Will be using them in the near future for shower doors.

Richardson Glass did an excellent job helping me recreate my primary bath! They cut down two large mirrors into five amaller custom mirrors and rehung the mirrors perfectly! They did a superb job installing my new shower glass! I highly recommend Richardson Glass for all your mirror and glass needs! Very professional and accomodating to all my requests!!!

Richardson glass did a great job replacing all the window panes on our front door. I talked to other companies and the prices were pretty comparable. However, the other companies did not make me confident that they could get the job done. Mike and Lisa were very professional as were the guys that measured for us. (One even joined Mike for part of the time today and I'm sorry that I don't recall his name.) This job required tedious moulding removal yet our door shows no indication that the moldings had to be removed. The guys were very careful to keep things protected and clean. If we had known how much better the door would look we'd have done this sooner. Thanks Richardson Glass!

We retained Richardson glass to replace two large windows, a kitchen window and windows around the front door. They were excellent to work with, very professional in their approach, and competitive in price. It was a pleasure to work with them!

From start to finish, our experience with Richardson Glass was nothing short of exceptional. Lisa in the office set the tone right away—warm, professional, and incredibly helpful. She made scheduling effortless and ensured every detail was clearly communicated. Her customer service is truly first-class. When it came time for measuring and the installation, Ryan and Terry exceeded every expectation. Their craftsmanship was flawless, and their attention to detail was obvious in every mirror and piece of glass they installed. They worked efficiently, kept the area clean, and treated my home with genuine respect. It’s rare to find a team that combines skill, professionalism, and great attitudes the way they do. Richardson Glass Company delivered quality, reliability, and service that stand out. I couldn’t be more pleased with the results, and I highly recommend them to anyone needing mirror or glass installation done right the first time.
